WORK THAT STAYS CONNECTED

The person doing the work needs the task, the job information and a quick way to report back. Operations brings those tools together in a layout built for daily use on a phone, tablet or computer.

The example shows fictional project data.

FROM ONE STEP TO THE NEXT

01

See your work

Open your assigned tasks and the details needed for the job.

02

Start the task

Clock in on labor work and keep the running timer visible from Operations.

03

Record the details

Add a comment, complete a checklist or attach a photo, receipt or file.

04

Finish the handoff

Clock out, update the task and submit records for office review where required.

01

The task is the center of the workday.

Keep the conversation and job records beside the assignment, so a crew member can report progress without hunting through the workspace.

  • Assigned tasks with subtasks, job details and checklists.
  • Task conversations with photos, files, replies and reactions.
  • A running labor timer with clock-out access from Operations.
  • Daily logs, receipts and photos connected to the task or project.
02

Field records the office can put to use.

Time and activity stay tied to the job. Managers can review submitted work and use approved time in the financial workflow.

  • Clocked time and manual time submissions.
  • Configured job-site location checks with documented exceptions.
  • Manager review of time and daily logs.
  • Approved labor time available for job costs and service billing.
03

Make the phone fit the work.

Choose Operations as the phone’s landing page while keeping Overview on a larger screen. Prepare selected tasks for places where the connection comes and goes.

  • Separate landing-page choices for phone, tablet and computer.
  • English and Spanish interface options.
  • Supported device notifications that open the relevant task or record.
  • Downloaded task context and queued notes, messages, photos and other supported updates for later sync.

BEFORE YOU GET STARTED

A few useful
answers.

Ask us something else
Can the crew clock out without reopening the task?

Yes. Operations shows the active labor timer with a clock-out action, so the person can finish their time entry from the landing page.

Will notifications arrive when the app is closed?

Supported devices can receive background notifications after the user enables them and grants permission. On iPhone and iPad, the app must be added to the Home Screen. Sound and delivery remain subject to device, browser and Focus settings.

What works when the job site has no connection?

Enable offline tasks and download the work while connected. Supported notes, messages, photos, checklist updates and daily logs can be queued on the device for later sync. Clock actions still need a connection, and clearing browser data can remove unsynced work.

Does the crew need access to company financials?

No. Role and project permissions control access. Field crew can work with their assignments and related records without receiving the office’s sales or financial workspace.
