Can I schedule crews and equipment together?

Yes. Bookings can include crew and equipment resources. Conflict checks also consider people shared between crews or assigned directly to overlapping bookings.

What can I do in the plan viewer?

Open PDF or image plans, switch revisions, add notes and link them to tasks. Image plans support pinned notes; PDF notes attach to a page number. The viewer is for reviewing and coordinating plans, with no CAD editing or automated quantity takeoff.

Can field crews see every project?

Their access follows assigned projects, tasks and company permissions. Client access is separate and must be explicitly granted to shared projects.

Can plans come from Google Drive or Dropbox?

Yes. Connect your account and import a supported PDF or image as a copy. Plans support files up to 25 MiB. Later changes to the cloud original do not automatically update the imported revision.
